Returns
Customers wishing to initiate a return with Nutrition4UShop.com are required to adhere to the following guidelines:
1. The returned product(s) should comply with the conditions outlined in the previous paragraph. Additionally, if the item was part of a promotional campaign, the customer must return both the purchased product and any accompanying promotional offers.
2. Incomplete, damaged, scratched, or used products without the original packaging and/or label will not be accepted for return.
3. The following items are non-returnable: products obtained through loyalty points, items with an expiration date of less than one month, underwear, bath items, toiletries, and any products involving direct skin contact.
4. Gift Cards, Gift Cards, frozen, or highly perishable products cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Nutrition4UShop.com reserves the right to evaluate product packaging for intactness and decide on the eligibility of returns.
6. Refusal to receive orders containing frozen products due to reasons not attributable to Nutrition4UShop.com or the carrier will result in the loss of the right to a refund.
7. Products must be shipped under specified conditions, and the freight forwarder’s label must be affixed to the original transport box. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the loss of refund rights.
8. If conditions are not met, customers have 10 days to collect the item(s) from the designated facilities, bearing the associated collection costs.
9. Collection must be arranged by a freight forwarder hired by the customer, as personal collection is not possible.
Exchanges
As a general rule, exchanges are not permitted. Customers must follow the return process, request a refund, and make a new purchase under current conditions.
– Exception: Nutrition4UShop.com may accept the return of clothing products for future exchange if returned at the customer’s expense, meeting specified conditions. A gift coupon will be issued for the same product for use in a future order.
– If the returned product does not meet the required conditions, the customer will be notified, and a collection period will be provided.
Refund Methods
1. Timing: Except for returns under the right of free resolution, Nutrition4UShop.com aims to process refunds within a maximum period of 15 days from receiving the returned order.
2. Credit Card Payments: Refunds for credit card payments will be processed to the original card.
3. Alternative Payment Methods: If original payment method refund is not possible, customers may provide bank details for a transfer. Alternatively, a discount coupon can be issued, valid for 12 months from creation.
4. Warning: Some payment providers may limit refunds after a few months; in such cases, a national bank account must be provided.
Return Costs
If an error or defect is confirmed in the shipped product(s), Nutrition4UShop.com will bear the return costs through a scheduled collection at the delivery address. The customer will be contacted by a representative from the Returns and Refunds department for coordination and additional information.
