The use of the Nutrition4u website and the placement of orders through the online store imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Orders

Users can place orders through our website. By submitting an order, you are entering into a purchase contract with Nutrition4u. All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons such as pricing or description errors, out-of-stock products, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Products and Prices

All prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Product prices and specifications may change without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchased products are suitable for their needs and health conditions. In case of doubt, a healthcare professional should be consulted before taking any dietary supplement.

Payment

Available payment methods will be presented at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed after payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. The estimated delivery time will be indicated during the order process and may vary depending on location and chosen shipping method.

Nutrition4u is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (carriers) or by force majeure.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the order, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email at [contact email], providing the order number, full name, and address.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned product(s).

Products Excluded from the Right of Return

Products that, for hygiene or health protection reasons, cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened—namely dietary supplements whose seal has been broken after delivery—are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Warranties and Complaints

According to applicable legislation, all products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product is defective, the customer should contact us by email at nutrition4ushop@gmail.com, indicating the order number, a description of the issue, and, whenever possible, photos.

Liability

Nutrition4u is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of the products, incorrect information provided by the customer, or failure by third parties.
