DELIVERY POLICY
Possible reasons for delay in your delivery:
– Delivery failures due to the customer not being at the delivery address registered on the website;
– Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete registration address;
– Address change;
– Unusual events for reasons inherent to our operations, such as natural accidents, general strikes and/or any other force majeure;
– Strike at the Post Office or means of transport without prior notice;
– Your address may be classified by the carrier as an area with a different delivery time, under the justification of a high risk of robbery in the delivery area.
In these cases, the order must be collected at the Post Office or centralization offices. This means that the delivery deadline is reset by the Post Office, randomly depending on the deadline definitions and without prior consultation.
