Exchange for Value:
– To request an exchange, use the contact form or call our Customer Service Center.
– After contact, receive an email within 48 hours with exchange procedures.
– We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting standards; in such cases, no shipping charges will be applied.
– Upon approval by our logistics department, receive a Shopping Voucher for the refunded amount.
– Shopping Voucher details will be sent via email within 3 business days.
– Shopping Voucher is valid for 2 months, tied to the buyer’s CPF, usable for payment differences or in subsequent purchases.
– If an order paid in full with a voucher is canceled, the refund follows the initial payment method.
– Reactivation of a canceled voucher is possible within 60 days after release, contact us for reactivation.
Order Cancellation:
– Cancellation after invoicing won’t prevent delivery; refuse unprocessed orders upon carrier receipt.
– For delivered orders, contact us for return due to regret or withdrawal.
Refund or Return:
– Valid for online purchases within 7 calendar days of product receipt.
– Request via mail support@nutrition4ushop.com receive return procedures via email within 48 hours.
– Returned product must be in original packaging, perfect condition, with original coupon or 1st copy of the invoice.
– We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting standards.
Exchange for Product Quality:
– Up to 90 calendar days after receiving the product, exchange for quality issues.
– Original coupon or 1st copy of the invoice and original packaging required.
– Darkness covers shipping for quality assessment.
Important Tips:
– Keep original packaging, manuals, and accessories in good condition.
– Verify order items and invoice during delivery; refuse damaged or incomplete deliveries.
– Someone must be present to receive the delivery; inform others if the buyer is unavailable.
– After delivery verification, responsibility shifts to the recipient.
Refund of Values:
– Credit card payments follow card administrator rules; refund may take up to 3 invoices.
Involuntary Return by Post Office:
– If returned by the Post Office, we’ll contact you within 72 hours for reshipment.
General Information:
-Exchange voucher request within 30 calendar days; return/cancellation request within 7 calendar days.
– All requests must go through our Customer Service.
– Divergence, misuse, or missing items nullify return; the product will be returned without a refund.
